To enable specific user access for your Marketing department or any sub user follow the steps below:
- Navigate to your admin section, click on Add New User in the menu.
- Enter a username and password and set the user level as a sub admin.
- Select the Download Emails checkbox and click on the Add User button.
Thats it, your Marketing department can now login to the admin section with access to only download your data. You can alter their level of access at any time via the Admin Users link on the left menu.
